At 15 min from Puy du Fou, 5 min from Mauléon and the valley of Poupet with its festival in July, old barn entirely restored, on one level. Terrace of 28m ² with garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue and partly closed garden of 310m ² with view over the countryside. Large room of 40m ² with kitchen-living room, room 1 (16m ²- 1 double bed, a cot, 1 single bed, and a private shower room), room 2 (8,7m²-1 double bed), room 3 (9m²-1 double bed) shower room, toilet. Beds made up, linen provided. Regular maintenance of the gite, the owners live in the same hamlet. Underfloor heating (gas, included in the price). Possibility of hiking from the gite.
