In the heart of the Mellois country, enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside in a 19th century stone house, restored in 2011, in a hamlet 2 km from the village. You will enjoy the terrace to the south, overlooking the valley and the enclosed garden.
On the ground floor a large living room with fitted kitchen with fireplace, TV, DVD player, hifi. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and two basins, separate toilet

Non-smoking gîte (possibility to smoke outside).
You like walking, cycling, many walks from the gite and around, the lake of Lambon located 5km, Celles-sur-Belle, city of character at 8km, the Marais Poitevin, La Rochelle.
