Description
500m from the center of Chauray and its shops, near the Castle and 200m from the Sèvre Niortaise (fishing), a small cosy nest has been fitted out on the first floor of an outbuilding, on an enclosed property. Access by outside stairs. Balcony-terrace (16m²) with small garden furniture overlooking the garden (deck chairs).
The owners live nearby and will be happy to advise you.
Kitchen-living room (22m²) with fireplace. The first cart of wood is free (2 evenings), the next one is 5?, Internet by WIFI), washing machine in a room located on the first floor, bedroom (12m²-1 bed 160, baby bed), shower room, wc. Bed made on arrival. Linen and towels provided. Heating with condensing boiler included in the price.
