Immerse yourself in the water, heated to 28°C from April to October, and enjoy the view over the surrounding countryside. The tranquillity of the surroundings and the privacy of the swimming pool will provide you with special moments of well-being.

Inside Le Marronnier, you'll discover a space that's been fitted out and renovated with care to ensure your comfort. The cosy lounge, warm bedrooms, two bathrooms and fully-equipped kitchen make you feel at home away from home. The gîte has its own private terrace overlooking a vast landscaped garden. Ideal for families, couples or groups of friends, this is also the perfect place to organise events or festive breaks.

The natural environment surrounding the gîte is ideal for hiking, cycling and exploring the region. The peaceful and majestic Sèvre Nantaise river is perfect for hiking, kayaking, fishing or simply enjoying the soothing views from the river dam.
