Description
It is right in the centre of Melle, a small Romanesque town of character, that Les Glycines welcomes you all year round. A restful stopover in this dwelling, a tasty restaurant and cosy hotel, a beautiful bourgeois house with a sunny terrace bordered by magnificent wisteria. 7 rooms, a gastronomic restaurant and a bar where lunch is served in a bistro formula at a low price. Over the seasons, a duo of chefs Eric Caillon and Christophe Auger compete with inventiveness centred on the product above all, a modern tone to interpret the richness of our terroir.
