The cylinder organ is a rare and unique instrument in Western France, it was built in Mirecourt. It was restored in 2011. The municipality of Airvault currently owns 8 of the original 12 cylinders. Demonstrations of the cylinder organ, with the possibility of guided tours of the abbey church, can take place on request from the heritage department of the town hall of Airvault (05 49 64 69 51) or from the association "Les Amis de l'Abbatiale" (Serge Rousseau : 05 49 70 81 92 / 06 88 79 31 84).
