Chapelle du Rosaire

Also known as the Chapel of the Béchereaux, this building was built in the 15th century in the heart of the cemetery of the Faubourg Saint-Paul. The walls present a large number of reused tombstones. The construction is very simple: a single nave with a flat chevet, whose ribbed vaults have disappeared. Enlarged in the 17th century, this chapel bears witness to the importance of the cult of the Rosary (vowed to the Virgin) in the region at that time.
