Chapelle des Cordeliers
Description
Through a recent breach in the city walls, you will discover the Gothic chevet of the Cordeliers Chapel. Founded in the 13th century by Hugues II of Parthenay, it was given to the Franciscan order of the Cordeliers (the monks wore a rope tied to their belt).
