The fairy tale Montrottier château is an invitation to travel through time, fashions and cultures. View the unique collections of curiosities, with items from every era and culture.
In the gardens, a playful and interactive scenographic journey introduces you to the former residents: the watchman, ambassador or noble lady...

Events 2025 :
- Escape game at the château (booking required) for children aged 8 and over, 15€ per person (the price includes a visit to the château and the escape game).
- Treasure hunt (no booking required) for children aged 5 and over, no extra charge.
- Possibility of celebrating a birthday at the château (5 to 14 years) with special entertainment and a private room for a birthday snack.
- The château can also be made private for weddings or other events.

Open period

From 29/03 to 31/10, daily. March, April, May, June, September and October: Wednesday to Sunday and public holidays from 10am to 5.30pm. Guided tours: 10.30am, 11.30am, 12.30pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm, 3.30pm, 4.30pm. July and August : Monday to Saturday 10am to 5.30pm Sunday 10am to 6.30pm Guided tours: 10.30am, 11.30am, 12.30pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm, 3.30pm and 4.30pm. From 14 July to 15 August guided tours: 10.30 am, 11.30 am, 12 noon and 12.30 pm, then the rooms are open continuously from 1.30 pm to 5 pm (6 pm on Sundays).
