Our Chef Alexandre Agavnian - Dentico and his brigade invite you to discover their world, where healthy, Vitalitarian cuisine takes pride of place. Inspired by the Mediterranean, their cuisine makes the most of local, fresh, seasonal produce, for a culinary journey combining flavour and well-being.
Vegetables are enhanced by original and inventive seasonings. Raw, cooked or melting, they add a touch of colour to a sophisticated presentation. In keeping with this philosophy, La Chipote offers at least one vegetarian dish to its guests.
