Old fisherman's house of 50 m², completely renovated. Accommodation of 3 rooms for 4 persons
Ideally located in the historic district, 2 min walk from the old port.

On the ground floor :
- a living room including a dining room with a table for 4 to 6 people and a well-equipped kitchenette (microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction cooker, refrigerator, washing machine, raclette machine, plancha...)
- a living room (which can be used as a 2nd bedroom) opening onto the terrace
The living room is equipped with a convertible sofa for 3 persons and a television, DVD player. It becomes a bedroom at nightfall, with a 140x190 bed
The terrace, as soon as the weather is good, allows you to have your meals outside.

On the first floor :
- a room overlooking the public garden with a double bed (160x200) and a television
- a bathroom with shower, WC and towel dryer

Baby equipment is available free of charge on request.

The house does not have a garage or private parking. There is a large free parking lot a little further down the boulevard (about 350 meters away).
