Pardies a small Béarnais village near to the Jurançon vineyards and the industrial complex. The restaurant is in the centre of the village opposite the church.
Tony and Lydie will give you a warm family welcome hand-in-hand with regional food in the best Béarnais tradition. Meals are generous and based on local fresh produce. Specialities: grilled breast of duck in a honey sauce, filet mignon of pork in Jurançon and home-made desserts. There is a separate room for companies and groups which is ideal for business lunches and family meetings.
