Our specialities: parsley chipirons, Basque ketchup, beef chuck confit with marrow juice, eggs stuffed with Iberian ham, homemade fried prime rib, grand marnier iced soufflé (winter) and raspberry or cherry (summer).
From Monday to Friday, starter/main course or main course/desert or starter/main course/desert. Saturday and Sunday, suggestions of the day. Public holidays, July and August, no formula replaced by suggestions.
