In the heart of Bayonne's historic center, under the famous arcades of rue Port Neuf, we offer market cuisine, based on fresh, seasonal produce.
The menu features local products ("Aradoa" poultry, "Herriko" beef, Baîgorry trout...), from Basque gastronomic classics (chipirons à la plancha with garlic confit) to more original creations (pork trotter croquette, wasabi cream and balsamic jelly...).
On weekday evenings, pintxos, tapas and cassolettes are served on the counter for warm, convivial aperitifs...
