Located right next to Bayonne cathedral, Mokofin is a small tearoom where you can enjoy a delicious, fragrant Basque cake.
The savoury tarts at lunchtime (grilled prawns or goat's cheese or mozzarella and tomato) are a real treat, but they've become so popular that they're often sold out if you're not one of the first to arrive! Tatin" apple tarts, a tea room must. Tasty, original and colorful pastries. It's a pleasure to have artisans of this quality in Bayonne. Simple, charming welcome. A must after a few hours shopping in the surrounding boutiques.
