David Arruabarrena has managed to preserve the charm of this restaurant, which has quite a personality, with a decoration that brilliantly reflects the assets of the Basque Country. The Basque Country is not only in the eye but also in the palate through a traditional and eloquent menu. A few examples: ibaiama sausage from Ospital, tuna carpaccio, txangurro, knives a la plancha, pork loin, Spanish hake for 2, sole plancha, parillada, XXL rib of beef to share because it is impressive, duck breast, Romuald's grilled black pudding...
