A stone's throw from the breathtaking view of the Côte des Basques is this small family-run restaurant with specialties from the South-West and fish: the Crab-Drum.
Here you come to seek authenticity and simplicity. But also taste!
In general, everything related to seafood is worth it: fly fish soup, hake with fresh chorizo is a must, the shrimp kebab is excellent, the squid perfectly cooked and the fresh tagliatelle with fruit seafood are a treat without forgetting the camembert in the oven flambéed with armagnac, the Euskadi shrimps, the sweetbreads with porcini mushrooms ...
And "homemade" desserts.
