La Villa Belza
Description
Perched on the rock of the Halde, a traditional Biarritz landmark, the Villa Belza juts out over the ocean like the bow of a ship. It is the work, around 1880, of the architect Alphonse BERTRAND. It was originally a rectangular building to which was added 15 years later a neo-medieval keep. Belza, victim of a fire, remained abandoned for a long time and was recently renovated by the promoter Gallabert to be sold in apartments.
