Fontaine Saint-Jean
Description
The Saint-Jean fountain, reputed to be a healer, is part of this tradition. The town of Ychoux is famous for its fountains, called eschourdes. There are three of them, one of which is that of Saint Jean. Situated in a marshy meadow, it is supposed to cure benign skin problems.
This fountain is still frequented for its healing virtues.
