Description

Notre-Dame Bridge: on the bridge, one crosses the Hossegor canal dug in 1876 to promote the development of the port of Capbreton. The lake of Hossegor thus connected to the sea has become a marine lake, that is to say a lake where sea water enters and leaves with the tides
Le Pont de la Halle: this bridge led to the market which was held under the arcades of the old town hall, now the town hall, before it was rebuilt in 1907. On the opposite side of the church is the district of the Vignes: the sand wine of Capbreton was cultivated here.
Pont du Bouret: the Bouret bridge determines the boundary with Hossegor. It was called until the 19th century the bridge of the Goats. Tributary of the Boudigau, this watercourse is born on the side of the barthes of Angresse. On the right and upstream of the bridge, the first residential nucleus of Capbreton was established in the Bouret district.
