Description

Former residence of the lieutenant generals of the Seneschalee de Tartas at the time of Louis XIII (early 17th century) and more recently the old town hall, it is built according to an L-shaped plan and was modified in the 19th century.
This building is built in a square on 3 levels. The floors are underlined by banners. The two sides on the courtyard are pierced with cross windows and a rusticated lintel.
The carved wooden door is surmounted by an interrupted triangular pediment. A cornice supported by corbels runs along the facades of the second level. An additional level has been added along the axis of the entrance door. The cross dormer window is topped by a curved pediment and a ball.
