
Strongly inspired by his native Périgord region, chef Ludovic Charrieras brings all his expertise and knowledge of local produce to his cooking. In composing his menu, he focuses as much on flavors, textures and aromas as on meticulous presentation.
His signature? Refined French cuisine on colorful plates. Exotic blends and revisited specialties add a touch of originality to his compositions. The Périgourdine menu and the menu featuring Périgord black truffles are particularly inspired by the region's gastronomic heritage.
Absolutely everything on the plates at Le Meysset is homemade. The products are fresh, and as local as possible.
