Built at the time of the foundation of the bastide, this Gothic church was damaged during the Revolution. Its reconstruction, decided at the beginning of the 19th century, was carried out under the direction of Charles Durand. Composed of a nave lined with collaterals with four bays, this church has a narthex and a sacristy. The bell tower was destroyed in 1837, by the fire of the spire, then in 1887 by a storm. A new concrete bell tower, put in place in 1933, was demolished for safety reasons in 1980. A new bell tower will be built in 2014.
