Come and eat at this family-run inn, which offers a warm welcome every lunchtime.
Ideally located between Sarlat and Montignac, only a few kilometres from the Lascaux cave, the Auberge du Bareil offers generous dishes, typical of the Périgord, prepared with care. All the dishes are home-made and come from produce of the farm or local producers nearby.
The owner will gladly give you her recipe for courgette jam, which she sells to anyone who would like to buy some.
The Bareil farm also welcomes groups. Closed on Saturdays for lunch.
