Tombe de Louis Théodore David
Description
Louis Théodore David (1856-1931), the prestigious mayor of Andernos-les-Bains from 1900 to 1929, was buried, according to his wishes, in the park of his villa Ignota, today "Maison Louis David". His burial was carried out by Raymond Delamarre (1890-1986), internationally renowned Parisian sculptor and medallist, Grand Prix de Rome in 1919.
The Maison Louis David also houses a small museum which brings together remains found on the site of Gallo-Roman remains.
