Port de la Mole

Bordered by fish tanks, this harbour is no longer in operation as it has never been dredged and remains very difficult to access.
From the old watermill present on this port, you will only find today the remains of a millstone long exposed to the winds and tides in the middle of the salt meadows.
This port was therefore logically named the Mole which in Gascony means the Millstone.
