Romanesque church in the Angoumoisin style, it is decorated with three semicircular arches in its lower part, a series of five small arches in its central part and a flat part decorated with a cornice supported by modillions, all topped by three bays housing the bells and a stone cross. The polygonal apse of the building, which is fortified, is vaulted in a cul-de-four. The nine-sided apse is reinforced by ten buttressed columns that support a cornice with modillions sculpted with masks, checkerboards and animal heads. On the upper floor, the apse has a construction made of irregular rubble stones. The wall is pierced with crenellations, loopholes and machicolations.
