Eglise Notre-Dame de Landerrouet-sur-Ségur

The church, which dominates the valley of Ségur, is surrounded by a small cemetery. It notably comprises a panelled apse with cut-away sides and a bell tower with a bell. The tiny parish of Landerrouet has not had a priest since the middle of the 19th century, religious services having been successively provided by those of Mesterrieux, Rimons then today by that of Monségur, canton capital. The 18th century archives, through an undated text written probably between 1732 and 1735, attest to the organization of four large annual processions in the parish of Landerrouet.
