Les écluses de Tuilières à Mouleydier

The staircase of locks is one of the most beautiful works of this type existing in France.
Over a distance of 289 metres with a difference in level of 22 metres, one can see the two series of each three locks separated by a magnificent crossing basin, and two lock keepers' houses which have not been transformed since their construction.

An interpretive trail allows you to discover the entire site in complete freedom:
-The staircase of locks
-The Dry Dock
-The hydroelectric plant
-Crossing the dam
-The fish lift was built in 1989 and equipped with a window for observation
The fish lift is freely accessible via a footbridge 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
