The church of St Cyr and Ste Juliette has popular altarpieces. It is Cenac and Saint Julien parish centre.
The origins of this old Campanhancum are from a distant past. Set 8 km from Salviac and 15 km from Villefranche, in the woods and on a hill where the landscapes are varied and where changes of scenery are soft. The village has picturesque old houses, opposite a hillside overlooking the road. Its main lords were ""The Belcastel"" who owned a castle of the same name in the Quercy.
The school is built on the site of the old castle. The only remains is a pretty vaulted cellar.
