Centre Aquaforme de Léon - Piscine

In Léon, Marie-Noëlle, a graduate of the UFR STAPS, welcomes you all year round to her Aquafitness Centre. The centre consists of a changing room and a covered and heated swimming pool. We practice aquatic and ground fitness activities, swimming for all levels and all ages (from 5 months to seniors) in the pool. Sessions last from 45mn to 1h30. You will find Aquabike (new), Aquaboxing, Aquagym, Aquapalme, Aquapadle, Aquadance.
Swimming course (4 to 12 years old).
But also NEW ACTIVITIES in the ocean and other water bodies (such as Aquarando, swimming with fins and rescue).
NEW: JANZU= water massage in water (45mn)
