Situated 200 m from the village, south of Bergerac, 18 kms in the Périgord Pourpre and 6 km from the first shops. Nearby leisure activities: fishing (5 km), swimming pool (10 to 15 km), lake and hiking trails. We reserve a good reception, visit of our farm in polyculture and tasting of our wine possible. Large single-storey house for 2 to 8 people, in stone which keeps well the freshness. Enclosed garden, large park and shelter for a car around the house. It consists of a large kitchen with direct access to the terrace with gas cooker, fridge, microwave oven, electric coffee maker, fireplace, corridor and 3 large bedrooms:
- one bedroom with 2 beds 140 cm
- a bedroom with 1 bed 140 cm + 1 bed 90 cm
- a bedroom with a 140 cm bed. Comfortable bedding
Shower room, independent wc, quietly located, for relaxing holidays, garden furniture, barbecue.
