Vignobles Ducourt

In 1858, our family settled at Château des Combes in Ladaux, a small rural village south-east of Bordeaux. Over the years, generation after generation, the passion for wine became a profession, and the know-how and the vineyard were gradually passed on and enriched. Today, the Ducourt family constitutes one of the largest independent winegrowing units in the region: 440 hectares of vineyards spread over 13 châteaux in both the Entre-deux-Mers and Saint-Emilion regions. Each generation has preserved the philosophy dictated by our elders: to make the most of each terroir, combining the good sense of yesteryear with today's techniques, in order to produce wines that are pleasurable, authentic and affordable, but also respectful of the environment and our customers' expectations.
