La Saligue
Description
In Baudreix, a village of the Béarn in the Pyrenean foothills, at the same place where the Ô'Kiri leisure centre is located, come discover the "saligue" and its 45 min. walking route in the countryside.
"La saligue", a local term which refers to the typical vegetation along the banks of the Gave de Pau, is classified as a "sensitive natural area" in the interest of its fauna, flora and biodiversity. All along the trail, with the help of an educational and learning path, illustrated tables help you recognise and learn about the flora and fauna in this conservation area.
