Réserve naturelle régionale géologique

46 ha of natural heritage are preserved in the form of reserve on the left bank of Adour. Created in 2015 to protect and value a unique place which serves as world reference on the scale of geological times, the reserve is opened to the public (with limited access). The site appears as a big mineral amphitheater. On the outcrops of rocks, in the wet and woody zones, we also meet an exceptional natural heritage including numerous botanical and animal species to be protected.
