Le Domaine du Petit Bois
Description
The Domaine du Petit Bois is 30 hectares of woods and undergrowth which house the Pierre Durand Equestrian Centre. A 2.5 km loop, criss-crossed by 4 km of small paths, allows walkers to discover the local flora with almost hundred-year-old oaks and different species of indigenous trees.
The forest is also home to five varieties of orchids that can be admired in spring. The Petit Bois hiking trails are also the starting point for a local loop that takes you to the town centre through the various hamlets of the commune to reach the banks of the Isle.
