True protected territory, the national natural reserve of the pond of Cousseau offers, through the seasons, the evolution of the local fauna and flora, the chance to visit the Médoc natural heritage.
Hidden by the dunes and the lush forest of Lacanau, between two large ponds Medoc Carcans-Hourtin and Lacanau, the site offers plenty of organized tours. Soon, the sea cows Landes, the tradition of tapping and the history of this moorland, both calm and wild, will have no more secrets for you!
