Forêt de Campagne

Situated in the commune of Campagne (canton of Bugue), this forest of 317 hectares is divided into two massifs separated by the departmental road 35. Leaning against the cliffs overlooking the Vézère river, the site offers many viewpoints over the valley and the surrounding hills.
This forest has been the property of CD24 since 1975; the former owner was the Marquis de la Borie de Campagne who donated his castle to the State and bequeathed the forest to the Department.
