Whether you're a couple, a family or a group of friends, here you'll find the ideal setting for enjoying the Vendée coastline: a warm atmosphere, functional accommodation and immediate proximity to the sea, cycle paths, markets, shops and local activities.
A privileged location: the residence is situated at 1 avenue de la Plage, on the La Faute-sur-Mer peninsula, a unique place between the ocean, nature and maritime traditions. Enjoy fine sandy beaches, a marina and magnificent seaside walks.
Les Apparts de l'Atlantique offers 11 furnished, air-conditioned flats:
- 6 Type 2 flats (2 to 4 people)
- 2 Type 3 (4 to 6 people)
- 2 Type 3 (5 to 7 people)
- 1 large Type 3 (85 m²) with private terrace (5 to 7 people)
Each flat is fully equipped with a functional kitchen, lounge area, television, Wi-Fi connection, shower room and/or bathroom and comfortable bedding.
Residents also benefit from communal areas designed with their well-being in mind: a large 70 m² terrace, a children's playroom and a fully-equipped self-service laundry.
