Spacious, light-filled flat (approx. 50 m²), featuring a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle…), a bathroom with double washbasins, shower, washing machine and separate toilet; a living room with a corner sofa, a flat-screen TV and a Bluetooth dock… Walk-in wardrobe in the hallway. Balcony, electric roller shutters.

Flat situated on the 3rd floor, no lift, not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The surroundings of the residence are spacious and well-maintained, with two lovely fountains. Various shops are in the immediate vicinity (400 metres) (bakery, butcher’s, grocery shop, greengrocer’s (fruit and vegetables), chemist’s, etc.), as well as three supermarkets nearby. There is a market in the neighbourhood every Wednesday morning.

Nearby (no more than 5 minutes’ drive): restaurants, a tea room, a concert venue (ZENITH), Exhibition Centre, new sports park, football stadium, MÉMORIAL Museum, golf course, racecourse, riverside path along the River Orne (jogging, walking, rollerblading, cycling), sports facilities and Aquatic Centre…
City bus (10 minutes from Caen city centre and William the Conqueror’s castle with its two museums), direct route to the Caen Memorial!
