Charles de Gaulle (1890-1970) at Colombey-les-Deux-Eglises.
The family home in the shadow of the Cross of Lorraine, today still resounds with historical speeches and the eloquence of Charles de Gaulle.
La Boisserie can be visited: drawing room, library, study, dining room and park.
The Memorial is situated 400 m high on a hill near the village.
The Cross of Lorraine in pink granite is 43.50 m high. The "Souvenirs du Général" are on show in an exhibition room.
