Description
Construit en 1859 pour le sénateur Henri de Ronceray. Le plus ancien exemple de chalet suisse conservé à Houlgate. Lorsque les Rothschild-Halphen y séjournèrent ils y reçurent Marcel Proust.
Maurice de Rothschild (1881-1957), tout comme Proust, était présent au bal du Golf-Club de Cabourg en 1911.
