Les Epervières

This detached and very quiet house is situated at 16km from the lake of the Der, 50km from Troyes and 38km from Bar sur Aube.At your disposal: a kitchen, a sitting room, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a shower room and a toilet. Supplementary charges for the electricity. Pets are accepted following agreement of the owner and with a 5€/day charge. There is also a tourist tax of 0,30€/day. The bed linen is supplied. Outside you will be able to enjoy a 2.600m2 fenced and tree studded garden. Five bicycles will be put at your disposal for 20€/weekend and 50€/week. There are children's games available. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: the gîtes is situated mid-way between the Lacs d'Orient and the Der. The lake of the Horre famous for its carp fishing is at 3,5km and Nigloland Park is at 30 minutes.
