La Closeraie

This charming small semidetached gîte is situated in the heart of the forest of Rumilly, at 30km from Troyes town centre (with its factory outlets), 30km from Tonnerre and 8km from Chaource.On the ground floor: a dining room/kitchen of 14m2. On the first floor: a 13m2 living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a toilet and shower room. On the second floor: an attic room with 2 single beds. Supplementary charges for the electricity. The beds are made on arrival and the bath and house linen is supplied. This gîte is labelled "Accommodation with charm". On the outside there is a 300m2 garden, a flowered and tree studded terrace. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: "La Closeraie" is the ideal starting point for hiking in the forest. You will be able to enjoy the "Raid Aventure" area on site, play golf at la Cordelière (18 holes) at 6km and visit the Pays d'Orthe and Armance with their important historic, gastronomical and architectural heritage as well as the Champagne vineyards and cellars at a few kilometres. All sorts of services are available in Chaource.
