Gîte du Logis de la Chouette

Renovated south-facing 80m² single-storey gîte with enclosed garden and views over the countryside. Kitchen to living room with fireplace, three bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC. Access to swimming pool. Gas heating (gas extra in winter). The gîte is rented with beds made on arrival and towels. The price includes gas/electricity, water and cleaning on departure. The only extra charge is the tourist tax.
The gîte is 5 minutes from Baugé and its golf course, 25 minutes from La Flèche and its zoo, 30 minutes from Saumur and its château/cadre noir and 35 minutes from Angers. The Chandelais forest is at the foot of the gîte.
