Talaso Hotel Louxo La Toja

The Illa da Toxa Island was known in the past as Illa de Louxo, hence the name of the hotel. It is a tourist leisure thermal centre that, in the 19th century, became a coveted destination, a luxurious and splendid hotel which would accommodate important personalities, especially during the summer. Thanks to its natural beauty and peaceful surroundings, which invite you to relax and enjoy its varied leisure offer, this place, declared Centre of National Tourist Interest in 1966, continue boasting the magic and charm which made it popular. The Hotel Louxo was the first thalassotherapy centre in Galicia and it has been known as Hotel Talaso Louxo La Toja ever since.
