Your expert guide will pick you up in Jokulsarlon and the bus will take you right to the glacier, located in the Vatnajokull national park.
Once there, you will begin exploring the ice cave, also called the crystal grotto. The tour will spend 45 minutes exploring the cave. Visitors will get a chance to admire the beautiful blue glow from the ice.

Visitors are advised to wear shoes for walking, and warm, waterproof clothing.
Visitors are also advised to spend the night nearby. The state of the roads depends on the weather, and may be closed during the winter. Reykjavik is 379km from Jokulsarlon, or 4 hours 30 minutes when the conditions are good
Cancellation terms
Cancellations free of charge until 3 days before the activity
No charges will be levied for cancellations made more than 3 days prior to the date of the activity (excluding special dates). After this time and in case of a no-show: 100% of the price. Any reservation made for special dates cannot be canceled, modified or refunded.
