This is a charming house in the center of Luc sur mer, a small seaside resort, known for its gentle way of life. Town house, first floor: living room with open kitchen, lounge area (corner sofa), 1 bedroom cabin (2 beds 80x200cm adjustable to 160x200cm) with bathroom and toilet. First floor with spiral staircase, 1 attic bedroom (1 bed 140x200cm) with shower room and adjoining toilet, mezzanine with library corner, bench (extra bed for 1 person), 1 armchair. Sheltered terrace with garden table, deckchairs, barbecue. Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, games console on demand. Wifi. Electric heating. Beds made, towels provided, cleaning fee included. Parking in the street (dead end).
