Gîte in a former chicken coop, situated on a 1.5-hectare property bordered by streams, in the heart of the Marais Breton Vendéen, near the owner's home and 2 other gîtes. Access via a track. Ground floor: living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom closed by a curtain (1 bed 140, lounge, TV), shower room/wc. Private terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs), view of the marsh. All-inclusive price: cleaning, sheets (bed made on arrival), towels, electric heating.
Additional charge: tourist tax.
