The only mill in the commune of Campbon still in operation, it is a 4-storey tower mill fitted with Berton wings.
Dating back to 1840, it has seen 4 generations of millers, but had to shut down in 1957 in the face of competition from flour mills.
It has been owned by the municipality of Campbon since 1990. After 11 years of restoration work undertaken by the Association Historique du Pays de Campbon, led by a former carpenter, it ran for the pleasure of all until 2016.
In February 2019, it will find a new shaft, brand new wings and a passionate miller.
Together, they offer you wheat and buckwheat flour made from locally-grown organic wheat.
Direct sales at the mill: Mondays 5pm-7pm, Wednesdays and Thursdays 10am-12noon.
